Returns & Exchanges The Kaimok Design Online Store works with the return and exchange policy indicated below. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased in the Lorena Canals online store. Changes If you want to exchange one product for another, you will have to make a return and then place a new order with the product you want to purchase. Returns In the case of not wanting a product, you have 14 calendar days to return it from the date of receipt. 1. You must contact our Customer Service department (kaimok@kaimok.com phone +34 666 737 130, Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm, GMT + 1, your intention to make the return, specifying: • Order number and reason why you want to return the product. This information helps us to improve our service and our products. • Quantity and reference of the products to be returned. • Data for collection: name and surname of the person who placed the order, full collection address, contact telephone number and preferred collection time slot (we send the request to the transport company but we cannot guarantee that the carrier can adjust exactly to this strip). 2. The product must be in the original packaging in which it was received or in one of similar conditions. If there are several products to be returned, you must group all the items in a single package to facilitate the return. The cost of the return will be at your expense. 3. In the event that the return is due to a product defect, only when our warehouse confirms that it is indeed a product defect, the return costs will be borne by Kaimok 5. Once the products have been received and reviewed in our warehouse, during the next 10 business days the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed, except for shipping costs (if it had been the case). The refund will be made through the same form of payment used when placing the order. 6. The product will be considered returned in perfect condition if, in addition to not showing any damage, it has the different labels with the product data and quality / care information.
