Terms and conditions of Kaimok Design SL

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders to Spain ( excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla).

Free shipping for order bigger than 70€ in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Vatican City, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, San Marino, USA and Canada

The rest of destinations, the costs of Shipping will be indicated when placing the order and in advance of its confirmation. Shipping costs do not include in any case duties, taxes in the country of delivery or customs procedures, which will be borne by the customer.

Delivery times

< p> For mainland Spain and Portugal, orders will be delivered within approximately 2 to 4 days from the moment the order has been registered in our system.

For other destinations other than Spain and mainland Portugal, the delivery time is approximately 7 days.

Orders during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In periods With special commercial actions (discount campaigns or events) or in the holiday period, the delivery time may be longer than indicated.

In the event of no product availability, we contact the customer to inform of the expected date of receipt of the order.

Track the order

In At all times you will know in what state your order is. For this you will receive different communications:

  • An order confirmation email once you have placed the order and it has been integrated into our system.
  • A shipping confirmation email in the moment the package has been delivered to our logistics operator and the tracking number so that you can know the status of the order from the logistics operator's control panel.

The delivery is considered completed at the moment the carrier has delivered the package to the recipient and the recipient signs the delivery receipt. The recipient must state any exception on the carrier's delivery note so that it is reflected.

The Kaimok Design Online Store works with the return and exchange policy indicated below. This policy can only be applied to a product purchased in the Kaimok online store.

Changes

If you want to make an exchange of one product for another, You will have to make a return and then place a new order with the product you want to purchase.

Returns

In the case of not wanting a product, you have 14 calendar days to return it from the date of receipt.

  1. You should contact our Customer Service department ( kaimok@kaimok.com phone + 34 666 737 130, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., GMT + 1, your intention to make the return, specifying:
  • Order number and reason for which one wants to return the product. This information helps us to improve our service and our products.
  • Quantity and reference of the products to be returned.
  • Data for collection: name and surname of the person who performed the order, full collection address, contact telephone number and preferred collection time slot (we send the request to the transport company but we cannot guarantee that the carrier can adjust exactly to this time slot).
  1. the product must be in the original packaging in which it was received or in one of similar conditions. If there are several products to be returned, you must group all the items in a single package to facilitate the return. The cost of the return will be at your expense.
  2. In the event that the return is due to a product defect, only when our warehouse confirms that it is indeed a product defect, the return costs will be borne in charge of Kaimok
  3. Once the products have been received and reviewed in our warehouse, during the next 10 business days the amount paid by the customer will be reimbursed, except for shipping costs (if it had been the case) . The refund will be made through the same form of payment used when placing the order.
  4. The product will be considered returned in perfect condition if, in addition to not presenting damages, it has the different labels with the product data and quality / care information. If one of these requirements is not met, the return cannot be accepted.
